This planned project in Charlotte County is a mixed-use development that consists of 80,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000 square feet of office space, and 60 luxury residential condominiums. RGA's principal Dr. Bill Henry represented the client through the entire entitlement process, appearing in front of the Charlotte County Board of County Commissioners where he gained approval for the development.

Due to the devastation the area faced with 2004s Hurricane Charlie, the project was placed on hold.
