North Port Commons is a recently completed example of an open air center that features ground level retail space with excellent signage potential and upstairs offices. The facade treatment differentiates segments of the facade to resemble town centers of the past and depart from the "strip center" look of the 80s and 90s. The center is 90% leased and is on pace to achieve target financial projections this year.
