RGA designed and supervised construction of renovations and modular additions to Pepin Academy, a charter school in Tampa, Florida in 2003. The two new modular classroom buildings were well below standard construction costs and were completed from design and construction in four and a half months. This project was produced using the architect-led design-build process offered through Reliance Design-Build.
