Our clients' goal was to renovate the existing buildings for use as a charter school for up to 200 students. We achieved this by making minor modifications to the building for accessibility and fire safety. The site needed to be redesigned to separate bus traffic and car traffic, as well as address many accessibility issues that existed on the site.

It was also necessary to obtain a "special exception" from the zoning department in order to use the building as a school. Reliable Group worked in conjunction with the civil engineer to obtain the necessary approvals from Hillsborough County and the School District of Hillsborough County.
