Four new buildings were added to the middle school campus, including a 15,000 square foot gymnasium, a 15,300 square foot E.S.E. Suite /Science Lab, an 11,000 square foot Media enter and an 11,200 square foot Food Service Building. Five separate areas were remodeled totaling 19,800 square feet, including converting the existing food service into administration/guidance areas and converting the existing gym into training rooms, a multi-purpose room and support spaces.

Reliable Group, Inc. coordinated with School Board representatives in developing the project's scope as it increased from $1.6 million to $5 million and then from $5 million to 6.25 million. New and existing buildings were tied together with sloped, canopy covered walkways to create a unified campus appearance.
