Calibre Chase | TAMPA

This 444-unit project offered a unique challenge in that a 6.4 acre environmentally sensitive area bisects the narrow 30.4 acre site. By designing tight groupings of buildings, human scale spaces are created between them and maximum site densities are achieved, while protecting the environmental area. With balconies and terraced walks overlooking this untouched natural bayou, it becomes a unique site amenity as it meanders through the complex.
