Villagio | TAMPA

Villagio represents the first new income generating, multi-family apartment complex in the City of Sarasota in some time. Consisting of 340 units, Villagio contains a combination of one, two, and three bedroom apartments. The wide-open feel of each unit has attracted many renters. The project was submitted as a potential Aurora prizewinner. The prototype is being used as an example for a 220-unit project to be located in Tampa Housing Authority property.
