Jordan Park Achievement Center | ST. PETERSBURG

This project represents the cornerstone of the Jordan Park Hope VI revitalization plan. The building area is approximately 10,000 S.F. containing classrooms and administration offices for St. Petersburg College and SPHA.

The project delivery methods involved an innovative selection procedure whereby the design-build teams quoted a price for fees (both design and construction); general conditions items such as job site supervision, overhead and profit. The selected team then agreed to design and build to a guaranteed maximum price conducted in an "open book manner."
