RGA was the Design Consultant for this project including expansion and renovation. The award was based upon a public request for proposal by the City of Dunedin. The team submitted a response, preliminary design and conceptual budget. The components of the project consisted of complete renovation of the police station office warehouse including mezzanine, ADA compliant toilets, staff offices, and conference rooms. The fleet maintenance area included truck and auto service bays, fuel lines and tanks, car wash bay and maintenance bay.
