ASO Plant | TAMPA

ASO Corporation, an international medical manufacturer, has a major operating plant in Sarasota, Florida. The plant currently occupies over 100,000 S.F. The campus is adjacent to sensitive wetland areas, which require mitigation. The plant underwent a major expansion to add 47,000 S.F. of storage space and retrofit existing warehouse area into air-conditioned spaces for production, packaging, engineering, and quality control. RGA master planned the entire plant campus for a future 50,000 S.F. medical office and manufacturing plant with combined shipping and receiving, as well as other common amenities. The builder was WG Mills.
