Harbourside Office Building | CLEARWATER

Harbourside is a 160,000 S.F. six-story office building featuring a curvilinear exterior with structural concrete trellis extensions on the south and west exposures to shade the reflective green glass. The granite and marble-clad, three-story lobby features a water wall backdrop to Alan Eaker's billowing sails sculpture, bringing the harbourside inside.

Post-tensioned cables enable concrete to span longer distances with shallower members for column free spaces. Interior design service was provided for over 20 building tenants. This beautiful office building was commended for innovation in its design upon completion in 1992.
