Westshore Design Center | TAMPA

Located near Tampa International Airport, this mid-sized facility meets the requirements of a "designed human environment." The building project consists of two 10,000 sq. ft. leaseable two-story pods housed in conventional steel structure with synthetic stucco exterior and fluted block accents.

Convenience, functionally and efficiency were achieved while maintaining compatibility with adjacent land uses in the Westshore business district. A palette of individual forms and pastel colors enriched by Florida palms and sunlight provides identity to the small office user in a high profile district. Cost minimization was achieved by careful budgeting and innovative cost reduction measures.
